Ding dong this week is done. It has been the one from hell. Why is it that nothing went well. Lets hope next week works out well, not really holding to much hope tho.

Gots me a new computer

Yay. I can blog at home now, I think this could easily become my procrastination of choice. All while planting my ass on the couch.

Easter is coming Easter is coming,

One more day to go, one more day to go, and I get 5 days off in a row, aren't I a lucky chicken. Looking forward to having a chunk of time off, think I might go do some shopping, got a couple of things I need. Other than that I will just have to be jealous of my jet setting siblings. Will be good to hear all about their adventures though. Mumsie got back from her trip yesterday, the boys were well pleased. It seems as though every one has managed to go somewhere in the last few months except me, even though i know that I am planning a 6 week trip later on in the year, I just want to go now.

That wasn't two days.

Flipping heck, where did the weekend go? I think the time for a holiday is fast becoming very important. I will have to see if I can sort something out before August, well September really when the big over seas adventure takes place. I have started drawing up numerous plans for where to go and what I want to do. May be a bit of a challenge fitting it all into 6 weeks though, I wonder how work will feel if I take a couple of years off. Some how I don't think that I would be very popular if i did that. Having said that if i happen to meet some hansom prince from a minor European monarchy who wants to whisk me off into the sun set then all bets are off. In case you haven't noticed I'm a bit of a soft and fluffy romantic. Oh well. I'm off now I wonder what's for dinner.

Today is Friday....No I'm positive it's Friday

Well the Mother and the Grandmother have started on their grand adventure, I'm more than a little jealous that I'm not with them but alas I suppose I need to be patient and wait for my trip latter on in the year. It's starting to feel real that I will actually get my ass onto a plane and actually do all the stuff I have been talking about for the last couple of years. We will Have to sit down and do some serious planning and booking.

mmmmmmm the end of the day, one of my favourite day parts. I was thinking that I really need to make a better effort to get my blog on more often so when I go away I will be in the habit and not be a slack arse about it.

I was most disappointed that nothing good started at the cinema this week, I think we are in the final count down for some thing good that I have been waiting for, I will have to jump onto IMdb and find out what, curse this dodgy memory of mine.

I've seem to acquired two long weekends in a row. How did I get so lucky. I want to go to Adelaide but that doesn't look like that's going to happen. *sigh*. I wonder how the boys are getting on? Beau went swimming as soon as I got the little so and so's home from the groomers.

It's been how long?

Good lord I didn't realise that it had been over a year since I had added anything to this blog. Well not really much has changed, I'm still a spinster, I'm still over weight and I am still with out a cat. I did though just execute a wonderful face plant out the front of my house for no particular reason that I could discern, I didn't trip or slid, just fell over. I had to do the sneaky look over my shoulder. Lucky for me there wasn't anyone looking.

Is a change as good as a holiday?

Or is a change a holiday and why am I the one who has to make such a drastic decision, Bugger it I have a trying time to trying to make up my mind about what to have for dinner.

It's been awhile

I was just thinking what a terrible blogger I am, I have been giving all my attention to my new blog and neglecting my first blog. Have to say though I was thinking about this one the whole time. Swear. hehehe at least I can swear on this one it's quite liberating actually.

I was just reading over a previous post as I describe my self as being in my mid twenties, hehehe I just turned 28 where the hell is that mid talk about vanity. I never thought I had a thing about how old I am but apparently I like all women get a little sensitive from time to time.

PHEW....dodged something

Well you will be glad to not that I have decided not to get a cat.

They are kinda evil as I have never met one that has liked me.

What else can I use as a sign of spinster hood? What a dilemma, I will have to go home and think it over. I suppose I should get back to work and actually do something to keep everything ticking over.

Can't wait til pay day tho I've gots shopping to do. May be I can finally get the pearls to match the twin set.

Well Hello

Goodness what a long time it has been since I have had the time to add anything. What has been happening, nothing, surprise surprise. How is it that I manage to be in my mid twenties but never seem to have anything to occupy my self with, I suppose that's the penalty I pay for being a spinster, it's a blessing and a curse at times. Perhaps it's time to develop my secret super hero identity 'Spinster woman'. She may not be the life of a party but beware she may unleash her inner Nana then no one will be safe, music to loud? no problem spinster woman can complain louder and set off a guilt trip that would have even the most unruly of us all falling in to tow the line.

It's the weekend and I'm sure that I have some vacuuming to do of something.

Wonder if it's time to get a cat?

Easter Long Weekendless

Good lord I never thought 4 days off in a row could last so long, not that I'm complaining at all it's just that I know the next 4 days that I have to work will seem just as endless, and that is going to suck big time. Easter is all very well with a few days off an all but I want to know why they punish us by putting old episodes of every thing on the telly or even worse don't show even old episodes. Why oh why what have we done to anger the gods so much that they would give us time off but nothing to do, on what planet is that right. I will have to go and ponder this as I go and bath the dog who has decided that swimming and dirt is fun. Later
